Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of aurevmedia.com and related pages (the “Site”) operated by Aurev Media, LLC (“Aurev,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about Aurev and a way to contact us about potential partnerships. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute an offer, commitment, or guarantee of any campaign, volume, revenue, or business result. A binding commercial relationship exists only if Aurev and you enter into a separate written agreement, insertion order, or other accepted contract.

The Site is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You represent that you are using the Site on behalf of yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent.

If you submit the contact form or email us, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to send it. Submitting an inquiry does not create a partnership, agency, or confidentiality obligation except as separately agreed in writing. We may respond using the contact details you provide.

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

You may not use the Site to: (i) violate any law or third-party right; (ii) submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information; (iii) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users; (iv) interfere with or disrupt the Site, including through malware, scraping that impairs performance, or automated abuse; or (v) use the Site to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages unrelated to a bona fide business inquiry.

The Site, including its text, design, logos, graphics, and other content, is owned by Aurev or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Aurev grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for lawful business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.

“Aurev Media,” our wordmark, and related brand elements are trademarks of Aurev. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except for accurate factual references.

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (including form delivery and font hosting). We are not responsible for third-party sites, services, or their content, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUREV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR RELIABLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUREV AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms apply to the Site only. Separate commercial agreements, including publisher or advertiser agreements, control those relationships.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aurev and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of the Site or these Terms that is not subject to a separate written agreement will be the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Aurev regarding the Site and supersede prior discussions about Site use.
